Precillia Redmond serves as a Human Resources Consultant for Eyexora. Through her company, Maeve Consulting, LLC, she also serves as the fractional Chief People Officer for several biotechnology companies on the east and west coasts. Precillia’s consultancy partners with emerging and growth-focused life sciences to build high performing teams and the initial people strategy, from core values through each element of the employee experience.
Prior to founding Maeve in 2018, Precillia was Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness, Strategy, and Planning for the human resources function at Liberty Mutual. Earlier in her career, Precillia was a Principal Consultant with PA Consulting Group.
Precillia holds a B.A. in International Relations from American University, and an MBA with honors from F.W. Olin School of Management at Babson College. She also received a coaching certificate from Case Western University.
