Miling Harrington is the General Counsel and Secretary at Eyexora, where she leads all legal and compliance matters. She brings deep experience as both a lawyer and scientist in supporting life sciences companies across the full spectrum of legal, commercial, and transactional matters. Previously, Miling was Vice President, Head of Legal and Secretary at Paratus Sciences, where she led the legal function and advised on a broad range of legal, business, and operational issues. She also served as Senior Counsel at Aditum Bio, counseling both Aditum and its portfolio companies on licensing, commercial agreements, and day-to-day operations.
Earlier in her career, Miling practiced at Covington & Burling LLP, representing pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients in complex licensing and collaboration agreements, manufacturing and supply arrangements, and other commercial transactions. She began her legal career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, working on mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property transactions, and patent litigation. Miling holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Caltech, a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology from Stanford University and a JD from Columbia Law School.
